Dr Vijayasarathi is a well qualified and accomplished medical professional in the field of sexual medicine; registered medical practitioner in India with triple post-graduate qualifications in sexual health/medicine; only Indian medical doctor with sexual health qualifications registered with the Medical Council of India; Fellow of the European Committee for Sexual Medicine; completed doctoral research on sexual health of Indian immigrants; close to 10 years of experience in the field of sexual health/medicine as a clinician, academician, educator and researcher. He is a principal author of a book chapter on Indian sexuality reviewed by world renowned psycho-sexologists; also a principal author of eight scientific journal publications; and well represented in the sexual health professional organisations and Indian specific mass media.
