She was earlier Head of Department at Miracles, Gurgaon and Sunder Lal Jain Hospital, Delhi. She completed MBBS in 1979, Advanced Infertility & I.V.F training from Midland Fetility Clinic (UK) in 2002 and Diploma in Advanced Gynaec Laparoscopic Surgery from Kiel University, Germany in 2006.
