Dr Anup Kundu

Dr. Anup Kumar Kundu is Professor and Former Head, Department of Urology, IPGMER, Kolkata. At present Dr. Kundu also functions as Senior Consultant Urology and Chief of the DNB Urology Course at Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences. His area of special interest in the field of Urology is Uro-Oncology. Dr. Kundu is a Paper Setter, Examiner and Thesis Evaluator for a number of medical institutions and universities in India. He has held executive posts at several medical associations, and most recently served as President of the Urological Society of India (East Zone) for 2015-16. Dr. Anup Kumar Kundu has chaired numerous sessions at national conferences of the Urological Society of India over the years, and made many presentations as well. He has been a member of the New Drug Advisory Committee (Urology and Reproductive) of the Drug Controller General of India for the last few years. He has a large number of publications to his name in national and international journals and is himself a reviewer for several medical journals.
