Dr Anil Biltoria is a Renowned Eye Surgeon in Delhi . He is a Specialist Eye Surgeon in Anterior Segment (Cataract, Cornea etc) & Removal of Glasses. He passed his MBBS in 1997 & then MD (Ophthalmology) from AIIMS, New Delhi (All India Institute of Medical Sciences), the Premier Institute of India . During his residency, he completed his Thesis on Phacoemulsification (Latest technique of cataract surgery). He learned his Ophthalmology & Surgical Skills from Stalwarts like Prof V.K. Dada, Prof R.B. Vajpayee, Prof. J.S. Titiyal & Prof. Atul Kumar, who have performed Surgeries on Several Prime Ministers & Presidents of India like Dr Manmohan Singh , P.V. Narsimha Rao, Devi Gowda, Pratibha Patil etc, to name a few .
