Dr Ganesh Shivnani, is a renowned cardiac surgeon. At present, he heads the cardiac surgery unit in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi in the capacity of the chairperson and chief surgeon. He has performed many complex surgeries including Valve repairs and Replacements. He has performed over 5000 Coronary Bypass Surgeries. He is credited with a success rate of almost 100%. His main areas of interest are complex coronary bypass surgeries in high-risk cases, such as bypass surgeries in settings of very poor heart functioning, kidney disease, lung disease and diabetes. He also expert in valve repairs & replacements, beside other cardiac surgeries.
