Dr Sona Susan Abraham completed her MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Trivandrum. She then did her postgraduate Residency in Internal Medicine from the Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Drexel University, Philadelphia, and her Postdoctoral Clinical Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism from University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. She was trained in Diabetes at the Joslin Diabetes Center at University of Maryland, with exposure to cutting edge treatment modalities. She holds American Board certifications in both Internal Medicine & Endocrinology/Diabetes.
