About

Dr Anjali Sharma has a collective experience of over 14 years in the field and has been with Action Group of Hospitals as a Senior Consultant, Naturopathy since 2011. She is also visiting consultant at Max Health Care, Pitampura and Nature Healz, Gurgaon. She holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences from SDM College, Karnataka and Applied Psychology from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu respectively. She has also done her Fellowship in Clinical Research from Medvarsity online Ltd., Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. Dr Sharma has worked for many prestigious institutions like the Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy, Shudhi Nature Cure Home and Dharmasthala. She is very passionate about naturopathy and yoga and the healing effects they have on the body; this fervour prompted her to write many articles and led her to collaborate on books and newsletters such as Yoga and Naturopathy, Concepts of Yoga and Naturopathy and Yogic Prakritik Jeevan. She even has her own regular article for Action Health Care and column on Myths and facts of Naturopathy in Action Times. She has wriiten many articles in various newspapers, magazines and health websites.
